Terms and condictions are rules and guidelines made to assure a safe, fair and enjoyable trading environment for all Elettronica Solare SB's Costumers.

 

Urgent orders
If you have to make an urgent order, please write it on the comment about the order on order form so we can see if we have already the items in our department-store!

Cancellation of the order
For cancelling an order it's enough to write an email to the sales office, before the payment.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the kind of shipping you choose, and on the place to deliver too. Usually the delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days from the received payment. Time delivery is not binding and Elettronica Solare SB haven't the responsibility about delays caused by third about raw materials and products victualling. If you want to know the delivery time, please write it on the order form: we'll send you an email with the delivery time.


Warranty
The products are selled and sent by Elettronica Solare SB; the warranty, if it's not specificated, has validity for 2 years and it starts from the invoice date.
The products that doesn't work in warranty time, they will replace with new products or they will be repaired. The delivery cost for the restitution of defective product to Elettronica Solare SB are of the customer.
The cost of repaired or replaced good's shipment is of Elettronica Solare SB. The warranty there ISN'T if the product has signs of fall or has damages caused by liquids in the electronic circuit or it's been used not correctly.

General sale terms:
The website prices are IVA included and without delivery cost.
The payment will be made as the customer order. The customer has the right to cancel the order without costs if the good still has not been paid.
The customer has the right, when he received the good, to return it within 10 days to Elettronica Solare. In this case, the customer has to pay his delivery cost and the costs that Elettronica Solare had to send the good.
For usufructing of this right, the customer has to send an email with advice of receipt at sales@elettronicasolare-sb.com within 10 days from good receipt. The good shipping has to be made within 30 days from good receipt. The good has to be in excellent conditions and with original packing and instructions, otherwise the customer will be reimbursed according to the good conditions. All prices and products characteristics can be modificated without forewarning: the up-to-date price is always reported on this website. Some orders may not be accepted: we keep the right to accept or refuse each single order for any reason.

General delivery terms :
Our Firm assures a good packing and each possible damage of the packing caused by the transport has to be immediately said to the carrier, writing it on his CMR (in delivery note). So you can have the damage reimburse from carrier.

Check on the received good:
The customer has the right to check the good as soon as it's arrived and if it's not in keeping with the order, the customer has to write an email to sales@elettronicasolare.it within 20 day from good receipt. Over that date it won't be possible to have the replacing of good.
